We are fortunate to have Norman/Red Maple as our property manager. He was recommended by one of our tenants. Bless her heart. Norm has been fantastic. We had 2 property managers prior to that but Norm has been nothing short of phenomenal even when I compare him one of our prior managers who was pretty good. I just can not say enough nice things about Norm. We had issues in our house due to flooding from a broken water heater and basically Norm managed all the issues in a timely manner even when I could not visit the property as I was on the other coast.

Norman Walters and his team are such a pleasure to work with. Always looking out for the landlord as well as the tenants. He and the team are well organized handling any issues promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend him anyone who is looking to rent their property.
