We were having routine, albeit a little overdue, cleaning of our septic tank. The crew that did the cleaning, Justice and Vernon III, were very nice and neat and came promptly. While cleaning the tank Justice detected a problem with the exit baffle. We immediately called the company to have it repaired, and they scheduled us the next week. Vernons I, II, & III (it's a family business) came to make the repair. Their work was neat, efficient, and very professional and they were very nice guys to do business with.
I highly recommend doing business with them.

Used Environmental Septic to install septic riser and pump out. Vernon and team were very responsible and responsive. We installed a riser so we could facilitate a proper tank clean out. Will continue to use for ongoing septic maintenance. Service: Septic system installation

My septic had never been cleaned and had never been located for over 40 years. Environmental Septic was able to locate it. It was six feet under and 5 feet from a mature tree that I didn't want to lose. They used a backhoe but were so careful that the tree roots had little damage. They also reseeded the whole area, and since it was on a steep slant, covered the seeded area with straw. The owner was extremely polite and totally honest, the service was unbelievably good, and the total cost was extremely low for the entire service. I couldn't be happier! Outstanding service. Located an unrecorded septic, replaced damaged drain fields, pipes and septic tank and did neat work protecting the lawn over which trucks moved. Highly recommend this company and their personal service'
