I tried to get assistance with obtaining a tax statement for 2022 (I didn't file with them, but I didn't know this would be an issue). The woman I spoke to on the phone in the Gaithersburg office was very arrogant, inconsiderate, and not at all helpful in finding alternative means of addressing my needs. When I said I filed online, she suggested that I "consult with myself," since she was absolutely vehement that no help/advice/coaching/anything at all would be coming from them. That comment I found to be indescribably rude, conceited, thoughtless and inconsiderate. I was treated reprehensibly, and I strongly advise DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
