I have been living here for 2 years and I wouldnt want to be anywhere else. From the apartment layouts, to the amenities, to the landscaping of the property my family and I love it here! Anthony in the office has been great to deal making it easy to communicate with the office if i need anything.

Apartment Dream Come True : ) Looked everywhere from out of state for just the right apt and found it at Lener Black Hill. Thanks to Jasmine and her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help and send us photos and video of the apartments we were intrested in. She was our angel making sure we were taken care of! So grateful to her and all the management! Amazing and gorgeous luxury community! Apartments are brand new, sparkling, soft close cabinets, elevators, huge washier & driers, beautiful windows with magnet lift shades, huge gym and pool, and lots of walking trails. Love the personal temperature controlled garages too :) Perfect place to call home!

I just moved into the complex 2 months ago! It was such a easy smooth process Antony was so helpful with all the questions I asked! I love the interior to the complex as well. The apt itself feels safe and cozy!

Mostly everything is 'Cheaply' constructed. For example, my living room has no lights or ceiling fan, so I had to purchase my own spotlights. And my bedroom has no ceiling light either. There's a fan, but no light. So I have a spotlight in my room too. Both of those things are frustrating to deal with, because it just makes no sense. Everything also seems to break easily up at the office. The sinks don't always work, sometimes there is no soap, doors break very easily all over the complex, gym isn't kept clean. Lerner Black Hill charges you nearly 2k for a one bedroom, when it isn't truly as nice as it looks. It's all appearance based. We have a gnat problem that we have requested to get solved multiple times. Has been ignored. Even in the winter, we still have a infuriating gnat problem that we have paid money out of our own pockets to try and fix. Even in our bathroom, the tub walls will ooze moldy looking stuff that we always have to clean. We had a water damage issue as well, and part of the gnat problem was because of the water damage. They handled the water damage problem for now, but mainly just by painting over it. I expect a lot better service for the price we pay to live here. If these are so called Luxury apartments, then the service needs to be at least fair. *Update* Gnat problem fixed for now.
