        My appointment was quick and easy. Gail, my service advisor was polite and helpful, she answered my questions and I didnt wait too long. I expected to leave my car for the whole morning but in two hours I was out. Thank you Gail!

        The service department charges a 3% convenience fee for using a credit card so I had to drive home to get my checkbook. Why not take Venmo or zelle? After driving back home, which took an hour, getting my checkbook it took another 30 minutes for my check to get verified before I could take my car. Additionally they charge $200 for diagnosing the issue with my vehicle before even giving me an estimate for the work which seems high to me. Next time I will look at an independent mechanic before taking my vehicle there. The service manager was friendly however.
