        Spencer Grothe was "wonderful." Despite the delay of having to wait an inordinate amount of time for the WSSC to come and shut the water off, he was extremely patient and remained positive. We invited him to come inside where there was A/C, but he declined. He did a great job replacing and repositioning our Power Release Valve, and there was no mess to clean up when he was finished. Spencer is well mannered, well spoken, pleasant and professional. We will certainly request him by name for any future plumbing services that we may need. My husband and I are not in the best of health and are in our 80's, and we are sometimes hesitant to allow maintenance workers into our home, but we were comfortable and felt completely safe with Spencer. He is a fine young man and is most definitely a credit to O'Connor Plumbing. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
