8 Day Home Sale

After the untimely loss of a close friends family member - Taylor was able to help us get a great value for their home . To be quite frank- the previous 1 star reviews were a bit off-putting . But I decided to reach out regardless. I found Taylor and his team nothing but helpful and they gave us an outstanding deal. Perhaps the other reviews were based on frustrations in the market - im not sure . Taylor thanks again for helping us through a tough time and in the event we need services again you will be our first call.

Don't waste your time. Here's the scam. 1. Offer seller an unreasonabley high price for home. "As is". 1.5 Don't sign contract after seller does. 2. Ask other scam "buy your house as is " companies/wholesalers if they want to buy a the house. 3. Never get any where close to the amount originally quoted to seller. 4. When seller inquires as to why contract wasn't yet signed by "8 Day Sale" Text seller some excuse like "Pinnacle Title Company can't complete their job by your deadline" then, ghost Seller. 5. Then wipe the sweat off your forehead like Taylor Lovett Co-founder because he dodged a Bullet, and the wrath of The Bronsteins. 6. Write some sympathetic, patronizing response to review to make public think you are diplomatic, and show empathy. 7.Make sure you blame backing out of the deal on your Title company so you don't owe the seller the $5k Ernest money on the $398k quote.
