Never golfed before, which was very fun in this experience. The food was decent, a bit overpriced, and small portions.

Our visit to Top golf Germantown was awesome, the atmosphere and service were great . The staff offered to accommodate a bay from the regular layout to a Wheelchair accessible bay. That was about and beyond. Thanks was very much appreciated! Parking: There are charging stations available also.

Ive been to top golf many times but it just seems service each time is terrible I was there for a birthday party they reserved it for 1 hour but when we wanted to extend the time the waiter said we couldnt because they had another reservation after us, I found that ridiculous because they had many bays that were OPEN. We moved that part inside where the games are to cut the cake because the waiter seems to be staring us when we will move from the bay tables so they can clean we were inside for over an hour and never saw ANYONE USE THE BAYS WE WERE AT, they lied to us and said they had a reservation but I guess they are being lazy in just not wanting to attend us, food took forever to come out when we ordered and drinks and they missed some food from coming out. It seems they have lack of staff but just hire more people if thats the case. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN I guess thats the new thing you cant extend your time past an hour because they have lazy staff MANAGEMENT FIX THE ISSUE ITS RIDICULOUS

Been here a few times and was fun in the past, until we tried to go on a Tuesday morning. We got there right when they opened at 10am, and there were maybe only five other cars in the parking lot. When we arrived, we were told they could not accommodate us because all their bays were "full", and we would have to wait at least an hour or two. I pointed out that there were only a handful of bays occupied, and did not understand. They indicated they had staffing issues and could not seat us without a server. I indicated we were not interested in drinks or food, just wanted to hit some golf balls. I reached out to the management get clarification on their policies, but I never received any sort of response or follow up. This seems like a silly policy and there were many others who came in and were turned away. There was no attempt accommodate any of these guests, such as "we are light on staff, but if that's OK, we will help you as soon as we can." or some other way to allow people who wanted to play, with almost every bay vacant.

Even if you are not a golfer, great venue to have fun and enjoy yourself. It was a sunny and warm day and we made our reservations through the app. Lots of people had the same idea and we were put on the waiting list. Our bay was ready as the time had told us. App gave us notifications and kept us well informed. Lots of areas to hang out (bar area and downstairs play area with pool tables) if you need to wait. Also merchandise is for sale. Our bay host was excellent. Very attentive and checked in with us often. In addition, nice to have the managers stop by and check in. Food was also very good. We had several appetizers like the pretzel bites and Asian zing wings. Three levels but I like the upper two levels better to see the targets. The games are awesome. Angry birds is lots of fun. Also playing some of the courses is great fun. Regardless of your level, there are games for everyone! And the bays are heated, chairs are comfortable and a fantastic atmosphere. Overall a great evening. It was tons of fun. Great family fun for us, but I cant see it for large parties and work outings. Stop by and enjoy!
