        As a first time apartment buyer, I couldnt be more happy with the customer service displayed by Savanah at the leasing office! She made the process absolutely seamless and continues to offer assistance and answers any questions we have! Kyle - one of the maintenance workers - was also quick to respond and efficient in fixing a couple issues we stumbled upon after moving in. He was also friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had after the fix was complete. Great community, residents, and staff!

        Only rating two stars for Savannah in the office and the maintenance folks. The apartments themselves are decades old and they look and crumble that way. I have never heard so many complaints by a maintenance team directed to their own employer. Communication is subpar. Constant threats about my dog which they misidentified with another dog in our complex. Overall, the rent amount is not worth staying here.
