Just moved in. So far it seems like one of the best neighborhoods I have seen in the city. The staff has been very nice and patient through the whole process. Especially the leasing consultant Anna.
Buildings are very clean. Including the shared laundry rooms on each floor. Spacious bedrooms. The Kitchen is my favorite. Hasnt been a month and It already feels like home.

I lived here for four and a half years. Its a good, family friendly complex. Its clean and quiet. They do periodic, preventative pest and maintenance services to avoid any issues. I only had to put in two service requests while there and maintenance was there literally in 20 minutes both times. I left the apartment clean and free of damage and in return received my whole security deposit back.

In my opinion theyre ok! They have to many rules in my opinion in they dont cater to the kids around the neighborhood they even have a sign that say no skateboarding like what do you want the kids to do when they only have that itty bitty raggedy park! Maintenance would come and not put stuff back where it was when they moved in! One time they even left the dirty plunger in my house had to leave it at the doorstep for him to get it on the next day! My over broke 3 times before they finally replaced it! I just think theyre way over priced for nothing! You can get better and bigger apartments for the same price! Wish I had did more research before coming straight to this apartment! Im moved out now thankfully but yea dont move here if you wanna pay all this money and they advertise a pool and it aint worked since who knows! Almost everybody in my complex has come and gone its sad and we all agree their overpriced for literally nothing
