Stouffer’s Tag and Title

What I don't understand is,how does a 38$ sticker become between 84 to 90 at this shop depending on cash or credit. I'll order my stickers from DMV from now on.

I called this business and spoke to the owner who assured that he would be able to assist me in getting a quote for a customer whom I needed to get his registration done. Owner gave me their email address so I emailed everything to them that they would need to get me a quote so I could mail the registration paperwork to them to complete. They do offer this service. I waited patiently for an email response back for 1 week and then when I never got a response I called and spoke with the owner again who said " oh let me get my son to look at the email and he will get back with you" I waited 3 more days and no call or email response. So I called the business again and was put on hold for 7 minutes only to get hung up on. I called back and the owner answered and I said I had been waiting on the quote which he replied oh let me get my son and I said you told me this same thing a week ago and I told the owner that look this registration is time sensitive.. it is extremely important and if you do not have time to help then you should have just said so instead of wasting a week and a half of my time. The owner then said to me " I have a lot of regular customers here and I do not have time for you" Wow thank you for not telling me that sooner. Not very helpful or professional.
