After leaving a message and waiting two days, I then submitted a contact form on the website, this was two weeks ago, and I still have not heard from anyone within the office. Not a great way to obtain new clients or make money. I will not be calling back or sending anyone I know in need of a lawyer here.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had with an attorney. 1 hour past my appointment time and then he was busy texting whole I'm trying to explain my reason for divorce

If I could rate no stars I most certainly would. I feel he prays on the elderly and takes advantage of people. My elderly parents have paid him $4000 last yr to file a business bankruptcy. My step dad is in his 80's. The paperwork has never been filed. They won't return calls or emails and they are obviously watching phone numbers when you call because I called from a different number and the unprofessional "assistant" answered. Sounds like she hates her life and job. Got pleasant when I said I was calling you file bankruptcy and then hung up on my step dad when he took the phone. If they do not get a call back from Glessner TODAY, this is getting reported to the BAR, local authorities, every social media site you can think of. This is illegal. They are your clients. You have a legal and ethical responsibility to take care of your clients. This is not a threat by any means but just a reminder of your responsibilities as a hired and fully paid lawyer. You Glessner, are a thief! Do not go to this disgusting law office.

This is the worst experience with a lawyer, I paid him in full on April 15 to file for my bankruptcy, it was sue a week later they advise we can get your money back for an additional $300 I did that on April 22 here it is June 11th and they still haven't filed my bankruptcy. I received another letter today of garnishment. I been calling leaving messages and they still haven't given me a call until I sent a message to their cell phone advise them if I didn't hear from them by the middle of next week. I will dispute the charges, guess who sent me a text today. Then I received an garnishment from my job that really piss me off, I done with this attorney. I call another attorney that said he need to file an emergency petition , to stop my garnishment and to get my funds back from the first garnishment. NEVER USED this Attorney it will be almost 2 months and nothing has gotten done.
