Im going to go ahead and write an in DEPTH review on this place if I could give this place -1 stars I would. They dont know how to handle diversity first off. When some people need something staff chooses who they help and straight up TARGETS PEOPLE THEY DONT LIKE! Most of the direct support has favorites. Ive been to a few treatment centers and this is by far THE WORST ONE! If you want real help and a center for women please go to Chrysalis House where they actually care and treat everyone respectfully! LASTING CHANGE nearly RUINED MY LIFE when CHRYSALIS HOUSE SAVED MY LIFE!!

Hi, My name is Audra! I was a resident at Lasting Change for two months. I relocated from Baltimore, Md. I came to Lasting Change to make a change for the greater good of self and the woman. However, that didnt happen! Since the beginning of my stay I was in a DARK PLACE, mentally, physically, emotionally! I suffer with Mental Health. My life was disrupted by the woman and some of the Staff members. I wasnt in a SAFE HAVEN. I was taunted, verbally and physically assaulted by one of the residents. It wasnt any structure, the residents never respected rules or regulations. Lasting Change in my opinion was a HOUSE OF HORRORS. They stole everything they possibly could as far as my being. They took away my only hope. My Recovery was interrupted by nonstop nonsense. Saturday of last week I went was verbally, physically assaulted by a resident. I protected myself from the harm she had caused, in return I was DISCHARGE. I had no where to go. Staff at Lasting Change didnt give me the opportunity they just threw me out like a piece of GARBAGE. My life has taken a toll for the worst. I was discharged with my medication which could of led me to a OVERDOSE or RELAPSE. My heart is filled with GRIEF, HEARTACHE, and Mentally distraught. Moving forward I dont have the means or the resources moving forward. I take this matter very seriously. This is a very sensitive matter that needs to be addressed to upper management. Respectfully,
