Ive had my fair share of ups and downs but my most recent experience was 10/10. Ashley and Angelique made sure their crew was on top of things and I believe they are really trying to turn this location around. Our most recent order was accurate, on time, and just overall amazing! Our kids were really happy with their food too, boneless wings and fries. We will come back, for sure!

Okay with the long wait until I got my wings. No sauce on any of them.Chicken dry. Fries soggy. Hour wait for awful food. On top of no receipt. Bdubs is awful and ima till going there from now on.

(Updated Mar 27) - I called March 9th to get a refund and was told I would get one. I've had to call 8-9 times since then to check in and see what's been taking so long to hear back. Each and every time I call I am told something new by someone new. Ordered online and two drinks and two side sauces were missing from order. Staff was also too busy to help customers, and ignored me as well as another customer when asked questions. Nobody was at the registers. I did a refund request online as well as over the phone. The woman on the phone told me I would get my refund back to my debit card in 2-3 hours (lie). Here it is day 2 and I've only received a gift card. I do not live near wingstop nor am I going back. I called into their support once again and was argued with that I selected the gift card option. Who selected it? Me? No. Your customer service person did. Its seriously not that hard to acknowledge you messed the order up and then give the money back.
