I recently had the pleasure of working with TekFlash, a local computer repair company, when my work laptop suddenly stopped charging and wouldn't work with the cable plugged in. As you can imagine, I was extremely worried because I had an important document on the computer that I needed to access urgently. Thankfully, I found TekFlash and was immediately impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed dc jack and assured me that they could fix it. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, letting me know exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. I was thrilled when they called to tell me that my laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up. Not only had they soldered on a new dc jack, but they had also cleaned the computer inside and out, making it look like new. Overall, my experience with TekFlash was fantastic. They were able to solve my problem quickly and efficiently, and their customer service was top-notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of computer repair services. Thank you, TekFlash!

These are the nicest people. They did a marvelous job helping me set up my laptop. Very patient, sincere, and knowledgeable. They mean it when they say no job too small... I PROMISE THAT THIS COMPANY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU. Reasonable rates. Great for us older persons. I dont like the way most companies are ran now days..so when there is a great company to deal with I can't say enough about them. TOP NOTCH
