We took on ForeverON as our IT support at the beginning of 2023, and their service, attention to detail, flexibility, professionalism, and responsiveness have all been top-notch. Even in the process of interviewing providers and getting onboarded with their service, Erik and his team were always fair, responsible, and available. They always presented multiple options that are available to best service our team without trying to "upsell" options that do not make sense for our business. When we have had tech issues, ForeverON's team is always quick to respond and tenacious in solving the problem. They also follow up regularly to ensure that the issue is resolved and that no other problems have interfered with our operations. As a senior with limited tech skills the services of ForeverOn has been invaluable. They have done troubleshooting for us, and patiently worked us through to solutions. Recently they installed a new computer for us and made necessary adaptions so it was easier for me to use. I feel very safe with the security system, and find the weekly maintenance very helpful.
