I called the office 2 x and left a voicemail on 2/3/22 and still have yet to get a return call .My first visit the dentist came to do the X-ray and did not even introduce herself.I didnt know if she was the dental assistant or what.Received a cleaning and she didnt even clean my teeth .I have never had a cleaning like that in all my trips to the dentist.The office needs a complete make over its very old looking and smells old inside.I wouldnt even give it 1 star

The Dr. And all the staff were fantastic!! Friendly and compassionate throughout the entire process. Extractions were quick , and they made sure I was comfortable ; with little to no pain. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

New patient appointment 2 weeks ago. Initially I thought staff was courteous. The dental hygienist pleasant, very thorough, and provided education on preventive care. The dentist however, spent a few minutes on the dental exam, felt rushed, and didnt ask if I had questions. It was recommended I get an X-ray due to my condition that isnt covered by my insurance. I explained I wasnt prepared to pay any out of pocket cost. I was then informed by staff (Bobbi) that she would speak to the dental hygienist regarding other options/next step of treatment plan and call me. Couple days go by no call. I decided to call and follow up. Spoke to Bobbi stated still working on it and that they didnt forget about me. I was then asked to contact my previous dentist and obtain last x-ray. Dentist emailed me everything they had and it was forwarded. Called a second time today to confirm receipt. Spoke to staff who stated Bobbi was on lunch. Staff confirmed wasnt the correct x-ray. Was told she would have Bobbi return my call. No surprise I didnt receive a call. This has been draining as a new patient. Very unprofessional will not return.
