The woman working the drive thru today around 12:45 was so nice, helpful, and got my prescription to me quickly even though it wasnt even in their system yet.

Get it together! Psych meds took 4 days to fill only because I came in and called corporate!!!! You're messing with people's lives!!! You don't answer phones, your drive thru takes 30 minutes ALL THE TIME! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE

The pharmacy is the worst. I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru with no cars for the pharmacist to approve the medication. (Never got it because of the wait) We have tried to come pick up the meds for over 2 weeks now and when we do they are so busy we cant wait hours. I have changed my pick up location. Now its time for my husband to do the same.

Will definite be switching pharmacies for my next order. My wife was in the middle of getting our prescriptions and the gentleman behind the counter told her they have to close for lunch and cannot finish pulling her order. She would have to come back after lunch. Couple that with NEVER being able to get through on the phone, prescriptions that take 4 days to fill and the hospital told them they were needed that night (they WERE done but never called until 96 hours later) and wrong prescriptions and it's been enough now.
