I stepped on my Oakley prescription glasses and the lense came out. I stopped at Myeyedr on the Dual Highway in Hagerstown and Carlos had them fixed within 10 minutes and there was no charge. Outstanding service!!!

The staff is impeccable. My son lost a trial contact lens that he got from the valley mall location, they did not have a replacement so my husband called the dual highway location and they told him to come and pick it up. They did not even charge us for the trial replacement. Thank you for taking care of my sons needs so quickly.

Ive had a great experience with this optometry office over the years. Dr. Wang performs a very thorough optometry exam and addresses my concerns in a kind and professional manner. Carlos truly went above my every expectation, patiently training me as a first time eye contact lens user. He is also very familiar with the eyeglass frame inventory and provides excellent guidance/feedback to aid selection. My teenaged son has been well-served here for the past 9 years. The front desk office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
