You can no longer get refills when you dine in. That's wrong. The staff look irritated when they have to stop to take orders. It's like everyone should either order online or go through drive through. This is the same for every fast food place I've been to since the big C. Don't these people realize they are wishing themselves out of a job? Don't get me wrong, there are some very nice people who work there too. The food however is just thrown together and nuked. I always ask for just kitchen and you don't want to see what I get sometimes.

My order for the last 3 times waited about 30 mins in store for order after ordering on mobile app to find out they havent even started my order, not super fun to just stand there.

They have messed up my order over and over. A lady (working there) that gave my order to me was like you have the chicken meal I said yes. Mines with a sprite oh well, I think this is yours with the diet coke she says to me. I was a little dumbfounded, no, mines with a sprite she then says here than leaves! It was a busier time. The spots for waiting were full but still! You should know what car went to which number. I work in food-service, a chain. But its basic understanding that you should give the right bag to the RIGHT PEOPLE. I paid for a deluxe chicken meal, I got a normal meal. I will not be returning, which stinks cause its my closest.
