My husband surprised me with an arrangement he had sent to my work. They accommodated his very short planning (same day on Valentines!) and they delivered the most beautiful arrangement!
Even a week later they are still stunning.
What a beautiful variety of flowers. Also I havent had roses open full bloom like this in so long.
Great quality and beautifully arranged.

I ordered an arrangement online, but what they delivered to my mom at the nursing home looked nothing like the picture. It was sparse and many of the flowers weren't even open. I called TG Designs and let them know I was disappointed and why. I was told that the picture of the arrangement online has all open flowers and they are pushed to the front for the photo so it looks fuller. I told them that was false advertising and asked that they replace the arrangement they delivered with one that looked like what I ordered. The lady said she was sorry about it and they would do that. About 10 minutes later, a man from the florist shop called me and was very rude, saying they would not replace the arrangement because it was ridiculous of me to expect it to look like the picture! He rudely said they would refund my money, but would go and take back the arrangement from my mother. It was for her 86th birthday and she's in a nursing home. Then he hung up on me. Not just bad customer service, but completely rude and uncalled for behavior.
