LeafFilter Gutter Protection

The explanation of product, installation process, and warranty by their representative was easy to understand. All my questions were answered. The installation was completed when promised. The installer was pleasant and efficient and the old spouting was cleaned up and hauled away. Love our new spouting that really carries all the rain without overflowing.

The sales person was real knowledgeable and explain everything and was right about other systems or companies. The installer came and was able to get it done all in the same day all by himself

Horrible! 3k for less than 100' of gutter. It began when I was told by the salesman that they were so proud to hire Vets. The crew that arrived (2 men and a woman) barely spoke English and proceeded to hang my gutter backwards (water flowing AWAY from the downspout), downspouts a foot off of the roof, end caps not attached, stand off clips installed improperly and more. The next 4 crews proceeded to damage my home. The clips had to be removed which pulled the paint off of the freshly painted facia boards. The end cap leaked onto my newly built deck and washed away the oil based primer. By the time all of this was complete (3 months, and still not right) my deck was damaged and I could not repaint it as it has become too cold for oil based paint. They offered me a $500.00 refund but I have been in the construction trade for over 40 years and I know to repair it would cost over $1000. The worse part of it all is that the want me to surrender my rights. This is an excerpt from the email attachment that they sent me... This is why all their reviews are good. Should you even speak of the rip off they pull, they have the right to sue you. I refused to sign. Stay far away from these guys! The salesman bartered on the price and try to get as much out of you as possible. They do NOT use Vets, they use sub- contractor that have zero training. The management was supposed to come out and see what was done and they were a no call- no show, and they do not stand behind the sub par work that they do. My deck and my facia will have to be repaired still which means removing their product and removing and replacing deck boards. I cannot do it not until spring upon which time the deck will get more damaged.
