        I live in Harper's ferry and drive here. Shelby is amazing. She is the only one I trust with my hair. She cut and highlighted my hair for my wedding. And I even got her to do my bridesmaid and I. The new location is very boho chic. Very clean and relaxing. If you are in need of a stylest please try. You will not regret.
