      image Decent place to stay. They were doing construction when I was staying there. So they are investing into their hotel to make it better for those who stay the rooms were clean. Hotel staff is nice The coffee was cold in the morning in The jug in the lobby and I wish they would open up breakfast at 6:00 instead of 6:30 it would be a lot nicer for those who have to be at the job sites or at their workplace at 7:00 a.m. that are passing through traveling for work. It would make the stay a lot better

      image Their website says they are doing renovations, but they are doing construction. The front desk will not remind you of this or tell you where the elevator is. Be careful when you get off the elevator as you will be walking through the construction area and there are nails on the floor (see the pictures).

      image We are definitely IHG folks and this was our first time at this hotel. They are undergoing a large renovation project now so please bear that in mind. If that bothers you, they are projected to be finished in June 2024, you may wish to visit when completed. We did allow for some inconveniences in our ratings so please bear that in mind. The quality of the rooms did not suffer. The proximity to downtown and shopping is excellent. Finally, if on official government travel, you might wish to print and bring a copy along to get the government rate. This was an issue at least initially. They must have military stay there often, it seemed they assumed that I was on military travel.

      image Worst Holiday Inn Express ever. No bacon or sausage for breakfast, dried out eggs, no bread for toast, running out of food an hour before breakfast ends.
