        For the price, this was a great stay. We look at reviews and booked based on the reviews of the other Super 8 in Hagerstown and realized after booking this one had lower reviews and decided to take a chance. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The only issue was they take a deposit which was refunded after our stay so no problem there. The manger in the morning was very friendly and showed me pictures of damage people do to rooms which is why they take a deposit. Again for the price, we would stay here again.

        Worst hotel I've even been in had roaches, and bed bugs. The entire room smelled like cooking greese so bad made me sick to my stomach. Plus they would not refund me for a night I didn't spend in the place. No service. 1 pillow for 2 people. No wash cloths. No towels. Even after I asked for some. People trying to break into the room while we were trying to sleep. Smelled drugs through the entire building. I took video, and pictures. Which I'm plastering up on the online.

        The hotel was definitely not clean to our liking. Between the mattress and box spring there was dirt including pubic hair. We chose not to stay and lost our $. The fellow at reception was lovely.( We are extremely frugal and would not say goodbye to $$$$ without good reason

We look at reviews and booked based on the reviews of the other Super 8 in Hagerstown and realized after booking this one had lower reviews and decided to take a chance. Also the room was rented out, with no further complaints. I want to assure you that we are thoroughly investigating this claim and that although we have not found any evidence of a bug infestation, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing is missed. I want to assure you that we respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regularly scheduled basis. We take this business very seriously and assure you that management has taken all the steps to make sure that all the rooms are clean and our ultimate goal is to make sure each guest has a comfortable stay. Again, thank you for your time and feedback. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance to provide you with superior service and accommodations on your next visit.
