        I sent several emails as well Nationwide sent one to cancel my insurance coverage all were ignored until I stopped my automatic bank payment. Amazingly the next day they contacted me. Yeah that's some shady stuff. Seems the email system only works when you cancel payment. They got me but it won't ever happen again. Beware.

      Thanks for the review, Caleb. The claims department is separate from our agency and I'm sorry the process was not the best for you. We do try to make it as seamless as possible on our side and help our customers to the best of our abilities. You are right, we did see some rate increases this year, but you are notified prior to your renewal of any changes you may see on your policy and that does include any rate increases. We send those notifications out early in your updated declaration documents either by mail or email, so we can help adjust your policy if we need to. If we can further assist you, please give our office a call.
