Future Broadband

I gotta say that Future Broadband is hands down the best ISP in Hagerstown. I was with Antietam a few years ago & their service AND customer service was trash yes trash. But with Future Broadband I'm secure and my service is near flawless. My installer was super down to earth, kind & trustworthy. And lemme say that Zaccharia is the absolute best with running all the things. He helped me since I began service with them. I'm not an easy person to deal with and he was tip top imo. Five stars across the board. like seriously, future broadband works their butt off to appease their customers thoroughly day in day out and it shows. Thank u choose Future Broadband TODAY!!!!!!!!!

At the beginning it was great but now I don't know what happened but anytime I can customer service I get some dude from India who has an attitude and to be honest... it's irritating it's the same dude every time. I try to be nice and respectful over the phone but he tries my patience .....

Ive had problems with this service from the time I got it. The service lags (even though I pay for the higher speed), customer service is even worse than the internet service. Ive been without my service for 3 days now and cant seem to get anyone on the phone and that is their only method of contact. Im looking into new service TODAY!! And I CANNOT wait to cancel my service and start somewhere that cares and provides quality internet service!!
