Shopping for a mattress is weird and awkward, Daniel put us at ease immediately. He was friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy. We are looking forward to our new mattress being delivered in a couple days and appreciate Daniels support and guidance.

I've always thought it was weird going into a store and laying down on numerous mattresses why someone else watches you, but not here. Brandon and Daniel were excellent to work with in Hagerstown. There was no pressure, no unnecessary sale pitches, factual information, and friendly/professional service. Brandon guaranteed they'd make it right if something was wrong with my two sets of mattresses I purchased, and he delivered. One mattress I bought must have been from a bad batch from the manufacturer, so Daniel and Brandon worked with me to get that corrected immediately. The other set of mattresses sleeps just how I imagined and wanted. Great guys! I highly recommend working with them for your next mattress purchase.

Daniel at mattress warehouse in Hagerstown was amazing we brought our three kids!!!. He was somehow able to help us entertain them the whole time we were there while me and my husband looked at several mattresses for several hours and we were able to purchase three mattresses for our children and ourselves, that we absolutely love!! I would highly recommend mattress, warehouse and Daniel the salesman in Hagerstown to anyone thats looking for a new mattress. thank you for all of your help ;)

Incredible customer service. Was greeted upon arrival. Daniel immediately started asking us questions. He knew what he was talking about & made suggestions, while providing comparisons. Never pressured us into buying more than intended. But made sure we was provided all the necessary information. Thanks to Daniel, my grandma will be provided with a brand new bed on Thursday. Overall the experience was wonderful & highly recommend not only visiting this location but requesting Daniel to assist you. Thanks again for making our day!
