I wouldn't even give this property a 1 star. My grandmother signed with them and then less than 24 hours later told them she decided to keep her home and said she wanted to be released from the contract. They lied to a poor 96 year old woman saying that she couldn't be released . Even tho any contract can be broken and there was a clause that said she could. They intimidated and lied to my grandma about so many things bringing fear upon her so she decided it wasn't worth their consequences and continued the contract. What kind of people don't let a 96 year old woman keep her home! These people are evil, and I hope they sleep at night knowing they are displacing my grandma from the home she was born in. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! They kept saying they couldn't cancel but yet the president of the company was the one saying this. If you're the president you can do anything you want sir

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever run into in my 40 year career. They make promises but then do not abide by them. I had a property for sale and they were supposed to send me copies of the signed agreement but took weeks. Then, they break the contract. I wish they had never contacted me because it wasted time I could of sold to someone else.
