Best place and doctors in Hagerstown area! I promise you, you will not find a doctor that cares about your child and not about the money you can bring! I tried almost all of the doctors in this area and trust and believe that the doctors in this clinic actually care about our children and their health! You will not regret bringing your child here!!!

So dissapointed in this office. Tried switching from another bad pediatrics office in Hagerstown and this one is worse, theres no winning. Im tired of the lady up front being dissmissive towards me, you call and they dont call back until you feel like youre bothering them. Every concern I have about my baby they tell me to call out to a specialist and see if they can help, so whats the point of having them around? Do yourself a favor and find a real Doctor that knows what he/shes talking about and who truly cares to answer your questions and concerns.

If I could give this place a zero rating I would! Unprofessionally, the eye-rolling from the lady upfront was very unnecessary.

I cannot even begin to express my love and trust I have for this office and Dr. Christa. Her laid back and personal approach continuously relaxes my new mom anxiety. I am very appreciative that she respects my styles of parenting and doesn’t try to change it. As a first time mom I question every little thing. The doctor never seems annoyed or treats my question like a dumb one. I have sent pictures with concerns to her cell phone and she always gets back right away. I could not be more grateful to have her as my child’s pediatrician!!!

I highly recommend this office to any parent. I’m a new parent and I’ve been taking my daughter since she was about 2 weeks old (she’s now 3). Christa and her team are incredibly patient, kind and compassionate. The love they show when my daughter comes into the office is so sweet and sincere, it’s very much appreciated especially if she’s not feeling well. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone at Southside!
