Mistakes happen all the time with internet retail orders. I dont have a problem with that, but I really really care about how the seller handles the response. Hearty Pet couldnt have handled it better. I found them online looking for hard to find cat food. They sent a case of 3 oz. cans but I ordered and paid for 5.5 oz. I submitted an online inquiry over the weekend and prepared for a lot of effort and delays to get a replacement. But Monday when I called a very nice employee answered promptly (no frustrating automated call bots!) and told me they had already responded to my email and were preparing to ship out the replacement. It arrived 3 days later (MD to FL), AND I didnt have to ship back the food sent in error. It was more than enough to tide my kitty over with some left to donate. Im very impressed and will be a return customer. Oh, and they had the best price.
