If you ever need anything printed, this is your place! I have used the printing department several times this year with little notice and have nothing but the best to say about them! They always pull through as promised. I appreciate all that you do for us! Liz helped me tonight (Alan did some too) and she went above and beyond tonight!! Thanks as always for being a valuable part of our business.

Love the woman who works at the copy center but that's about it. Don't ask Manager Brittany to do anything for you. She doesn't follow up. When you call for her she is mysteriously gone and no one knows where she is. And she doesn't have voicemail. Maybe they need to find a manager who actually gets back to you.

Dropped off some menus to be laminated and they told me they would be ready on Tuesday but now they tell me it will be Wednesday. Apparently due to a short staffing issue which I find is not acceptable.

I go to Staples a few times a month when my printer decides to act up & normally I feel like Im bothering the employee that helps me, she just seems so miserable & irritated but today I had an employee named Liz, I believe & she was incredibly helpful, patient but quick, professional & I decided to write a review because she really stood out! The ONLY complaint I have is the amount of wasted paper used for each printing order!! For every one page I have printed, I get a bag & like 5 pieces of wasted paper. I try to use it for packaging but its ridiculous! **See photo thats all paper I have to throw away! Update 10-3-22: I just wanted to say that once again Im SUPER IMPRESSED with this Staples & its employees!! Today my husband went to pick up my orders & they already reduced the amount of paper you get with each order!
