Two of the important games in our escape room didn't even work, we spent much of the time trying to get them to work and they didn't give us extra time even though we figured out the puzzle, but the prop didn't open. At one point a worker came in and just let us into one of them, they didn't realize the second wasn't working either. How can you figure out an escape room that doesn't work even when you figure out the clues?!

Please dont waste your time. My family and I did the Cabin in the Woods escape room, and the room was completely broken. The puzzles were extremely easy, but many of the puzzles did not work when input correctly, and an associate had to come in multiple times to manually unlock them. The room looked like it was hastily put together and was filled with broken furniture. Ive done many escape rooms before, and this was by far the worst.
