        I have rented from this location twice now. The first time back in 2016. That time was a great experience. This second time unfortunately not the same. I notified the office back in March that I would be closing my unit the beginning of April. When I emptied my unit on the 4th after paying the full rent I was told I would receive a partial refund. After not hearing from them I called and was informed I didnt give them notice so they would not refund me anything. Its a shame.

        I found myself in a situation where I no longer needed storage services and the customer service associate and office manager went above and beyond to help me get back my monthly payment. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for storage and great customer service!
