        I called in to verify if this location provided personal mailbox services and was told yes. I advised the person I spoke to I was on my way to the store to purchase one and she said okay. When I got to the location, Rhonda asked me to come back in an hour because she was the only one there and the process takes 20 minutes. This could have been discussed over the call rather than having me drive to the store to then be told to come back in an hour. Very inconvenient.
