Tim and his team give top-notch customer service. We've had multiple signs & graphics done by them and will keep coming back for more. Great work!

After seeing a 5 star rating for this company, it makes me question leaving this review. I have had no services done by this company. Based off of photos, they look like they make great signs. However, the customer service is outrageous. I was referred to this company through our offices leasing company. I reached out via email to Mr. Fraker. I introduced myself, my company, and asked for a quote on a logo design/storefront sign. I received a very short unprofessional response saying he would follow up that following Monday. No, hi, hello, nice to meet you, nothing. So, after hearing nothing back, I followed up. I asked again for a sign quote and I attached the file for our logo (I went ahead and made my own). He responded with a sure. That was 20 days ago. Ive heard nothing since. Im unsure as to whether Tim Fraker didnt want to work with my company, as I didnt ask for anything he doesnt advertise for. I contacted him by his preferred methods. I am not sure if its because Im a young businesswoman, or he is just highly unprofessional, but I will be looking elsewhere for business. As someone who is a member of the small business community, youd think he would be eager for new customers and business. I hope others have better luck with him. His loss; store signage, vehicle fleet signage, etc.

Tim and his team are awesome! They have wrapped every one of our fleet vehicles. We receive lots of compliments on our logo which Tim designed. TFS delivers top quality work for very fair prices!
