Uneducated in disabilities.. no compassion.. rude and makes you jump hurdles only to refuse my case.. must've got your degree from a Crackerjack box

Never delt with vindictive and unprofessional business. Called gloating they would tie up our payments because we appealed his fee. Didn't care when I explained my husband has history of mental issues and husband apologized for his lack of communication skills. Mr. Block just explained how my mentally ill husband only has himself to blame and he doesn't care if it hurts our family, he's going to tie up our payment.

Barely returned our calls, didn't listen or help write our appeal that won our case. I appealed his payment and called to let him know. He called back bragging he will tie up our payments. Didn't care I have communication and mental health issues or that it would hurt our family. He just continued to gloat and had my wife in tears, scared he was going to delay all our money. Just unprofessional and uncaring.
