        I signed up for SS at age 64. Didn't know anything about except street talk. I thought if I waited till I was 66 I'd get larger amount. I asked, it's true. I then asked if I started at 64 would it always be the lesser amount or would it go up automatically at 66. She said yes. I was thrilled to hear that. We laughed, I made her repeat it 2 more times. SHE WAS BADLY WRONG OR LYING. NOW IM SCREWED FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

        Made an appointment and was called in less than a minute. MR Garver was my representative, answered all my questions with clear and easy to understand answers. Top notch experience from beginning to end. I recommend taking a pen with you to take notes.

        Tried to call to get an update on the status of SSN applications. First call they picked up, but hanged up on me immediately. For all other calls they hanged up on me immediately. I tried to call with different phone numbers. Waiting for the SSNs for over 5 weeks now. Thank you for nothing...

        I have to call to report income for my sons SSI yet ever time I call to do this I either get hung up on or it rings then gets quite. It won't let me to use the app so how am I suppose to report income if I can't get anyone to take the information something needs to be fixed because if it's not done each month then my son losses his benefits because we can get through to your office
