        Implements construction at night shutting down exits, doesn't warn motorists.

        Just like to say I think we should go back to letting the state workers take care of the mowing of the highways and the DOC .these sub contractors are a joke for mowing they miss half, them zero turns they use are not meant for mowing like that.they barely do 8ft along the sides of the highway and that let 5'to10' to the guard rail that never gets cut..at Hancock md they brought in a brush hog recently and did the clover leaf on the east bound side around the trees that were planted ,it looks awful..big spots missed..when the state use to mow it always looked nice ..think you should take a look at these sub contractors thats mowing,and the jobs there doing..waiste of nmoney for the job there doing. Same in eastern Allegheny county also..please look into this..thank you
