        From the time our tire popped to the time we got in the truck was under an hour. The dispatcher and the driver were friendly and communicated clearly, and the driver took us to an excellent tire shop that he called first to make sure they had our tire in stock. As I post this, its been under two hours since we first noticed something was wrong with the car and were already back on I-70 heading home.
