Lisa was AWESOME ! I recommend her to EVERYONE ! We planned my kids surprise Disney trip for two years, the first year we canceled due to Covid. Even with me canceling Lisa still reached out to help me replan the Disney trip. She even went out her way to tell me how Disney was when her family went during Covid which helped me a lot. She had every time set up and ready for us so we literally just had to show up and enjoy ( even tho i emailed her the entire time with a million questions lol). Planning the trip was like planning it with a friend and not a travel agent, she shared stories, asked about my children and so much more ! The main thing that touched my heart was her mailing my children maps to Disney , activities to do on the airplane and a little note. It made me feel soooo special that she took the time out to do that. You will NOT be disappointed!

Lisa was superb at helping us plan an extra special graduation trip for our son to Umiversal Studios. Helped with any glitches we had along the way. Dont go anywhere else for your travel planner. Excellent service.
