    Rain Vac shipped my order to an incorrect address that I never gave them and, of course, it was returned by the post office. Btw, this wasn't the upsetting part for me, I understand mistakes happen. I trusted Rain Vac with my money, I treated them with kindness and respect and this is what I received in return I called Rain Vac and I spoke to a man in the shipping department to inquire about my returned order. He was instantly triggered simply by my inquiry and rudely stated they shipped it to the address I gave them. I asked him to please check the order confirmation email they sent me because it showed the correct shipping address I gave them. Clearly, they had my shipping address but they still shipped it to an incorrect address. Then he, without reason, began to yell at me. He yelled he didnt have to check it, he yelled it was my fault and basically called me a liar. Even though I was stunned by his rudeness and incessant yelling, I kindly asked to speak to someone else, but he yelled there was no one else to speak to but him and yelled, "I'm the service manager!". I had no choice but to hang up and call back in hopes of getting someone else to assist me. I ended up speaking with a woman in customer service, I requested a refund of what I paid and I cancelled the order. Btw, she confirmed that the yelling man in the shipping department is indeed their service manager. After being put through this horrible ordeal, they did not refund what I paid. They had the audacity to deduct the shipping charge even though it was their fault they shipped to an incorrect address, which is why I never received my order in the first place. I was treated rudely, I was yelled at and I didnt get all of my money back. I do not recommend Rain Vac. There is plenty of competition to choose from that does not allow such blatant behaviors.

    I recently purchased a replacement motor online from them for the power head of our vacuum. When I called to inquire about shipping, they informed me that my purchase was actually eligible for coverage under warranty. Many companies would have just taken the money and left it at that. I really appreciate them for bringing this to my attention and following through with their promise. Excellent customer service!!!

    I used RainVac several times to buy accessories for my Rainbow vacuum. It always was a pleasure doing business with them. Their website made the way, that it is easy to find whatever you need for your model. Every item I bought was an authentic Rainbow part/accessory. One time I made an order for several attachments that I thought I lost during the move. After I made an order, I found them and contacted RainVac about not needing the attachments anymore. They were very nice about it and refunded my money instantly. I really recommend this company!

    Wow!! I am amazed with there customer service. I talked to a guy there by the name of Steve and was extremely rude. When i called him out on it he got even louder. Some people have some nerve. There are other websites to order from if you need parts for your rainbow. I don't recommend this company.
