Very friendly and knowledgeable. Salt refills delivered in a timely fashion. Any questions are answered and I feel confident about using Culligan products. We also get water delivered and they are very responsive and respectful.

I've been a customer for several years and have been very satisfied with the service they provide. The staff at Culligan Hagerstown are always very friendly and helpful. They provide courtesy calls upon request. I always purchase the pellets for my water softener from them (very competitive cost), it's so convenient. They deliver to my area twice a week which is a plus. Mike, delivered my last purchase which he was so friendly, called me prior to his arrival, loaded my softener for me and piled my remaining bags in a nice pile. THANK YOU Culligan!
