Little Caesars Pizza

So my husband ordered two pizzas at 2:00 to be ready by 5:00 when he got off work and he gets there at the pickup time and they forgot to even make our pizzas?! Why offer early ordering if youre not going to have them ready? He said they werent busy and literally forgot to even start our order. So hes sat for 25 mins when he was supposed to just be able to grab them and come home. I see why y'all have such bad ratings.

We had John M. at the register and he was very polite! We didn't have a very long wait. The pizza was delicious!

The staff there sucks, I called 20 minutes prior to order a Large Stuffed Crust with Pepperoni, and I asked if I could have both types of sauce on each side and the bigger guy who is like 500 lbs screamed at me, saying NO WHY DO YOU THINK WE COULD DO THAT, then I got there in person and the nice guy in the back wasnt allowed to use the register so he had to go get the BIG guy out of the restroom who yelled back at him and as he ranged me up he said he didnt put pepperoni on the stuffed crust, so I asked for pepperoni then he pulled out a hot n ready and said that will be $22, that guy is incompetent and doesnt know customer service, please fire him! I like little Caesars but will be going to Pizza Hut until you guys make staff changes, Ill pay $22 for competent employees!
