This is a moderately great place to live for reasonable price. I have been living here for 2 years since 2021. Apart from many amenities being around, the management of the apartment is responsive, friendly and helpful. Most maintenance requests are addressed within a day to two. The apartment complex is clean and regularly maintained. The balconies are specious. There's no in-house washer-dryer, but there's a unit at the ground floor of each building.

It's great living at Landon Court. I love the big rooms, large private balcony with a storage room, beautiful landscaping, and a swimming pool. The location is excellent as you can walk to many stores, parks, and the metro. The office and maintenance staff are professional and caring. I enjoy my apartment!

This place is the worst ONLY BECUASE OF MAINTANCE. The dumb ass lives on the first floor of 3609 and has permanently parkEd his car informar  of 3619 he never leaves the complex and is pretty familiar with the residence. But he is very racists. There has been multible incedents where I needed emergency MAINTANCE and don't get a response he just barges in to my apartment on a weekday and get it done. No agknowlsegment or anything. Only time i was ever told he would come to my apartment was when the complex had general MAINTANCE. now what drove me to write this review. was the fact that I locked my self out accidentally bringing in groceries and left my 1 and 2 year olds completly unattended.  the idiot lives right across from and and parks his car right next to mine. Told me that he doesn't have a key to my apartment. and could not open the door. he told me he didn't know me and that I needed to show my I'd at the leasing so they can open the door. I was bear foot  and after going to the office getting them to open my door it had been 35 min and i came back to my toddlers busted lip.
