        The new owners, Primavera Properties is making much needed improvements including common areas lighting and floors. Ginger is a breath of fresh air as our property manager. I'm staying another year.

        The apartments are bad. There is no parking, and when you park on a reserved spot they tow your car, i have paid 700 dollars just for towing in one year.
