I WANT TO GIVE NO STARS BUT THIS NINJA TRIED TO RENT OUT A CAR IT STARTED SMOKING. THEN TRIED TO REPLACE THE CAR WITH ANOTHER CAR THE REAR CAMERA DIDNT WORK YOU COULDNT CHANGE THE SIDE MIRROR CONSOLE TO CAR FOR THE AC AND HEAT DIDNT WORK AND I HAD TO TAPE THE SIDE MIRROR AND HE RENTS TO PEOPLE WITH NO LICENSE THEN WE GET PULLED OVER BECAUSE ONLY ONE HEADLIGHT WORKED THAT WAS THE REPLACEMENT CAR. THEN THREATENED US WITH A POLICE REPORT BECAUSE WE LEFT THE CAR WITH THE KEYS IN IT WHERE IT BROKE DOWN AT . BBB IS GOING TO GET YALL . HE A SCAMMER AND WE HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING YOU ARE RENTING CARD OUT TO KIDS WITH NO DRIVERS LICENSE ILLEGAL.

they had the nerve to email me about 7 tickets saying I need to pay them. I knew it was a lie so I called the ticket office and found out the tickets, all but 1, was issued in begore I rented the car.. Be careful. If u rent from them check the tickets they send you to make sure it was your ticket. If I had not checked they would have scammed me for over 200.00 smh. Do better KAVALcar rental

Im the CEO OF HARD ROCK SALON, kaval car Rental is the best Car Rental in the DMV. I rented the Tesla Model X and it was so clean and classic. Their customers service is topnotch
