Best dental visit i ever had , the dental assistant Amelia was amazing made me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout my entire visit , the doctor was very thorough . Examined multiple times to reassure he noted everything i needed ! I would recommend them to all my friends and family . They were 10/10

Worst Dental Experience Ever in over 30+ years of living! 0/5 stars from start to current. What was once a 7 month process has now turned into a 13-month and counting process and none of it is the customers (me) fault. 3/9/2023, I completed my exam to start my Invisaligns. I wasnt shown the diagram outlook of that exam until 3 months later 6/6/2023. When shown that diagram, it was incorrect of what I ordered (no attention to detail). The MAIN reason for my Invisaligns was to close the gap in my front teeth. I also was closing the smaller spaces in between my teeth overall that have moved over time. The doctor proceeded to asks me was I leaving the gap open right as he is showing me the diagram. I said no! Closing the gap was the main reason I wanted Invisaligns. The doctor then said it would be a 9 month process because they created the order wrong . So I was thinking if they already have the order in the system then they can just extend the order of Invisaligns until the gap is closed right? You would think. Smh that didnt happen. Keep up though, my Invisaligns didnt arrive until 8/21/2023 so almost another 3 months later. Instead of giving me all the Invisaligns to take home, I was given them every 6 weeks so having to miss time from work only for them to take out the last set and make sure the next set fit. I could have easily just checked in if I felt something was wrong or off but I had to take time off work every time every 6 weeks with there being a few times they cancelled my appointment without notice and I would show up to the office and it would be closed. So basically missing time off work for nothing . Fast forward 03/4/2024, They ended up doing a whole another exam without providing me a date of when to expect them. It now has been over a month 4/8/2024 todays date and the answer I got was they dont know what is causing the delay and they should be here in another two weeks which has been their standard response since Ive started this process. I tried to be as patient as possible but these consistent 3-month delays have finally caught up to me for my patience running thin. I dont know if its the Invisalign process for them or the dental practice as a whole. I just know this is unacceptable and frustrating to have to deal with and constantly being left in the dark about the process. Either way, I dont want to do business with them anymore after this is done. I dont recommend Invisaligns here.

To be honest one of the best dentist I ever known from the reception, the nurses and the Dr .they are welcoming and professional I will suggested to all my friends and families I had good experience..thanks Stellar dentist keep it up !!

Ive been going to Stellar Dental for a few years now, its very close to my house, and Ive always had a positive experience. The staff is great with sending reminders/communications about upcoming appointments, and its easy to call and get in touch with them if needed.
