      image From beginning to end this was a retched experience beginning with the front desk attendant being more attentive to the April fools joke he wanted to play on a colleague than on telling me that the elevator was broken and I would have to take the stairs all the way to me checking out a day early suggesting that they give me a refund for the remainder of my stay for the police disturbance overnight although the policy expressly says no refunds. This place should be completely demolished and rebuilt under new management and ownership. Do yourself a favor and just don't. Oh, I won't mention the small roach crawling on my bed sheets which was the final straw.

You mentioned a refund and cutting your stay a day short because of your experience with us, however our records indicate that you were not charged and your stay with us was reserved for one night. However, we apologize for not meeting your expectations.

      image The mattresses were rock solid. The whole hotel smells of weed and tobacco even though it says no smoking. I woke up and my whole body was itchy, my skin was peeling off and my hands were swollen. I had never had that happen before with any hotel. But the staff were nice.

      image The stay wasn't bad. With the exception of the floor, everything else was clean. The water pressue in the shower was bad.
      The front staff was good.
      Only complaint was that there were a couple of roaches crawling. I had a noisy person above me the for last 2 nights.
      Its about an 1 mile walk to grab food. Its really close to Fedex Field.
      I would most likely stay again.

      image Woodspring suites is a good alternative for the people traveling whether to work or business, I always receive a good service and the front desk employee Marcus is very friendly, politely and knowledgeable about the accommodations or needs.
      Rooms: In my own experience they always have a clean and allows me inspected before signing the contract, thanks.
      Nearby activities: There's a several restaurants around the area!
