L'Daniels Contracting recently completed my unfinished basement. His team did an excellent job transforming it into a beautiful showpiece area in our home! The craftsmanship and artistry is outstanding. We were so impressed with the quality of work, we contracted L'Daniels for our upstairs bathroom remodeling job. Again, L'Daniels team shinned and left us speechless with the new modern look. If you're planning any type of home improvement job, I recommend obtaining a quote from L'Daniels as the wife and I are extremely pleased with the level of service we received!!

This review is long overdue. Daniel and his crew did an excellent job of bringing to life an open kitchen/living area concept we had for our townhouse. Once it was complete, we wish we had done it sooner. Daniel's rate was reasonable and we received numerous compliments once it was complete. Opeing up our space added more light, beauty, space & function. He also added recessed lights in our living room which were beautiful. As life would have it, we ended up moving shortly thereafter. I'm 100% sure his work was part of the reason we received so many offers on our home.The only downside is we are no longer in the DMV; and, therefore can't utilize his services now. My advice would be to have pictures and be ready to pick out the little details. Once he starts working, things move quickly.Again, pictures and samples help. Communicate throughout the process and you will love the outcome.

After seeing the work that LDaniels Contracting LLC had done in my home, I hired them to rehabilitate an investment property. We took a three bedroom one and a half bath unit and turned it into a two and a half bath townhome, with a new kitchen, new windows, new floors, new stairs, a professional paint job, and a new fence to preserve the privacy of the new owners. All of this was done on time and on budget. The house sold for the asking price almost as soon as the work was completed. LDaniels Contracting has done a number of projects in my home, and have even responded to emergencies, like when my ceiling in the foyer collapsed from a water leak I did not knownI had. They fixed the leak and the ceiling. They did such a good job until there is no evidence that there ever was a problem. They are also skilled craftsmen when it comes to working with concrete. They laid a new driveway for me that still looks new after ten about ten years. Plus they repaired my exterior stairs and walkway in the front of the house. I have always found LDaniels Contracting to be reliable, timely, and to charge a fair price. They are craftsmen who take pride in their work.
